Ever wanted to learn how to make kombucha, kefir or naturally fermented sodas? Besides being tasty, fermented foods and beverages can make nutrients more available for absorption, improve your digestion through the presence of certain bacteria and are inexpensive and usually easy to make at home. Come out and see a demonstration on making kombucha, sample some kombucha and soda and receive a SCOBY to start brewing your own kombucha at home.
